Feature Requests

Currently you can upload multiple files as a "folder" but you can't download all of those files a "folder" - you have to download each file individually. We currently have two chains of communication in HIVE - one internal and one external (with clients) - which means that we need to transfer files in our internal action cards to our external action cards (i.e. download from internal and re-upload to external). Being able to download all files in one click like you upload would be very helpful. Unless there would be a way to "duplicate / move" files within HIVE?

In Proofs, the status filter doesn’t stick. If I filter comments by Status: None, the list initially filters correctly. But as soon as I open a comment, it resets and shows the full list again. The new way to access sorting and filtering is great, but the selected filter needs to remain active while I work through comments. The previous version kept the status filter in place. This is especially difficult when reviewing a page catalog with 99+ comments. A filter isn’t very useful if it resets on the first click. Expected behavior: The selected status filter remains active until I change or clear it. Actual behavior: Opening a comment resets the filter and returns me to the full comment list.

It would be great if we could have the option of collapsing the history on user licenses so that we can view our list of active employees in the section below. The current functionality of the page makes it difficult to audit and see who we have setup.

The lack of a quick link to files whether integrated from Google Drive, DropBox, or native to Hive is a serious deficiency to Hive and one that would cause our organization to go back to Microsoft Teams. It should be a CORE feature right there with Notes/Projects/Email/ Messages etc.... The lack of this feature is the reason we are having great difficulty to get our team to fully use Hive.

I would like to see a description field in the Files App so that when a file is uploaded to the workspace for all workspace users, you can add a description helping people understand what it is and other relevant information. One example would be our "Talent Release Form". We could include information about the form, when it is used and other details. This form is something that is used on a regular basis in our workspace and not specific to any one project. The Files App would be a great centralized place to store it.

I would like Gantt charts to be able to be grouped by Project, then by an additional subcategory such as Label so that organization of the project is maintained. Especially useful for nested projects, or looking at the calendar for a team, project or company.

Right now it shows the last project due date first. I want to be able to see the project I am currently working on at the top and then all subsequent projects below that in order by due date.

When you filter by due date, it is for the total project (excluding subactions). In order to plan my actions/day, I should be able to filter by due date at the sub-action level as there are tasks in each that are due regardless of the project.

A simple feature to filter projects included in 'My Actions' view would be a great way to help my sanity! Although I have dozens of actions, some of the projects are dependant on other people, so being able to filter those out each morning gives me a clear idea of what level of productivity / task assassination is realistic for me that day/week/etc
