Change status or label based on start/due date

We have scheduled ad runs: would love if the action status could change automatically triggered by the dates (i.e. go from "Pending" to "Running" when the start date hits, then from "Running" to "Remove" when the end date hits). Is there a way to do this I'm not seeing?

Including Start/Due Dates in the initial 'When' of Workflows would allow for triggers occurring based on the start/due date of the task.
This could include:
- when a Start/Due Date is added do X
- when a Start/Due Date arrives do Y
- when a Due Date is overdue do Z
The Workflow I would like to create personally is that when I add a Due Date to a task, it moves from my 'Inbox' status to my 'Scheduled' status, and then when the Due Date arrives, it moves to my 'Focus' status.
At the moment I have to add the statuses manually after doing the date and keep track of what's in my Scheduled status, rather than 'snoozing' it until the start/due date arrives and it pops back into my Focus status for working on automatically.
