With this update, admins will be able to see a list of all projects in their workspaces, even if they're not a member of the project.
This will allow admins and team leads to have a clearer view of the campaigns, tasks and projects that are in progress across their organization. It will also help decrease duplicative work and decrease human error, as admins will see if projects already exist or are in progress.
While admins can see all project names, they will not be able to click into or open up any projects that they are not a member of. They will be able to see the following in project navigator:
- Project name
- Project members
- Project dates
- Project custom fields
To enable this feature, an admin will have to visit the Enterprise Security app, and toggle on the "Allow admins to view all projects" section.
