Share and Save Analytics Filters
Having the ability to create an analytics dashboard with specific filters applied, save, and share with user groups would replicate the current sharing functionality of the summary and portfolio views, but leverage the graphs and visual analysis of the analytics app. For my organization, where the executives are looking for concise analysis of the workspace as a whole and at specific departments, this would be very helpful and easier to implement than configuring the filters on their individual computers.
We need the ability to save filters when using timesheet reporting as well, similar to how it is currently set up in Resourcing. Filters do not stick in timesheet reporting so users have to customize it every single time, which can be very time consuming. Having a pre-set filter that would be loaded in each time would save so much time
Saving customized filters would also save a ton of time when trying to show the status of progess in meetings. In my case I use a project as a folder for a group and then create sub-projects to be used as sub-folders for better organization (much like folder organization) If I didnt do this then my workspace would be very messy. This is because I work under an umbrella with 3 different teams and they all use the same Hive workspace, and I manage all three teams projects. Due to this I have to get creative with how to filter and the analitics is really great right now compared to how it was but being able to save a customized filter would help me switch between each team and type of progess we are looking for.
