Dynamic Currency Conversion in Analytics
Analytics in Hive should normalize financial data (billed amounts, costs) into the primary currency of the workspace and give users the ability to dynamically change it on the financial dashboards. Dynamic currency conversion in analytics would be valuable for users who are conducting business across borders as it would allow them to effortlessly track and compare their financial performance without the need for data extractions and manual conversions.
Share and Save Analytics Filters
Having the ability to create an analytics dashboard with specific filters applied, save, and share with user groups would replicate the current sharing functionality of the summary and portfolio views, but leverage the graphs and visual analysis of the analytics app. For my organization, where the executives are looking for concise analysis of the workspace as a whole and at specific departments, this would be very helpful and easier to implement than configuring the filters on their individual computers.
Analytics for time spent on projects
It's incredibly difficult to report on time spent across projects per team member. Would like to see time spent on projects across team, and hours from each person.
Dark Mode in Analytics
Dark Mode is not carried over into Analytics so when I am in Dark Mode and navigate to Analytics it is very bright and disorienting. It is logical for Dark Mode to be supported across all Hive apps.
Report on Historical Actuals and Future forecast
Allow for consolidated reporting that shows actual time entered (from timesheets) for historical periods and future resource forecast (from resource allocations) to see a full revenue forecast for a period of time. Example: If I run a report on 4/15 with the goal of seeing the revenue forecast for all of April, I should be able to see all timesheets entered from 4/1-4/15 and all future resource allocations from 4/16-4/30 to get a full picture of the revenue for April.
Filter - Created By
It would be helpful if there is a Filter for Created By for actions and projects.
Add Actual Utilization to Analytics
Currently utilization in analytics is only estimated utilization, estimated hours / available hours. We would like to see actual utilization, actual hours / available hours. This would benefit users who would like to look at utilization retrospectively - allowing them to see which users have been over-utilized. It would also enable users to compare estimated and actual utilization.
Adjust formula for "other costs" and "unused budget" totals in project overview so they only reflect the scheduled costs appropriate for their respective categories
Love the fact we can now add a date to each of our "other costs" in the project overview! It would be wonderful though if the "other costs" total only reflected the sum of the items with a date of >=TODAY and the "unused budget" total only reflected the sum of items with a date of <TODAY.
