It's incredibly difficult to report on time spent across projects per team member. Would like to see time spent on projects across team, and hours from each person.

Love the Analytics Dashboards, but I can't seem to customize them to work for us. It would be great if we could remove widgets for things that we don't use; for example, we don't have Timesheets, but that widget still appears in our budget dashboard and is useless for us. It would also be great if we could edit the information in each widget.

Example: If you filter a Workspace, the project filter should only include projects within the filtered workspace.

Project hierarchies aren't built out in Analytics yet and right now all projects are brought in at the same level. MindGym would like to have the ability to quickly see all time tracked for client level (parent level) projects. Currently this is done manually by adding the time tracked on all deliverable level (child level) projects.

It would be immensely helpful to have a dashboard that could at a glance show us what our project health is. So if we could see total estimated hours, hours already logged and then the "resourced" hours that haven't been logged yet, that would allow our project managers to quickly see: (1) if logged hours plus remaining "resourced" hours is 20% more than what we estimated then we know we are at risk and can flag that or (2) if logged plus remaining "resourced" is less than or equal to estimated then we are on track. This would make it so that our PMs could take a look for five minutes every day and get their project health.

It would be beneficial for certain workspaces if Analytics could display all the project owners when a project is co-owned. Currently, the data field is limited to showing just one project owner, even when there are multiple.

I am finding that the analytics reports often contain inaccurate data within the actual reports and the values also don’t often match the budget details contained with the portfolio and project overview views. It’s a moral imperative (yes, throwing out a Real Genius quote there) they are accurate because these reports are extremely important to our executive leaders/key decision makers.

Having the ability to create an analytics dashboard with specific filters applied, save, and share with user groups would replicate the current sharing functionality of the summary and portfolio views, but leverage the graphs and visual analysis of the analytics app. For my organization, where the executives are looking for concise analysis of the workspace as a whole and at specific departments, this would be very helpful and easier to implement than configuring the filters on their individual computers.
