Home page does not show all levels of actions if the Hide Subaction is enabled. If the parent action card is not assigned to the user, the subaction gets hidden,n but this should not be the case for Home page.

Ability to see projects alphabetically in Home page, so the user can find the actions they need quickly.

In the right-click menu for a project, add a "Copy name" that copies the plaintext project name to clipboard

It would be helpful to users if the List Views in the My Actions View (and even the projects) had a separate category (similar to Team actions) for those actions assigned to multiple users. We often have users accidently closing out the action before all assignees have had a chance to complete their portion/track time. As a result, we have had to resort to creating a separate action for the same task for each individual assignee, which Hive certainly makes that simple enough to do by just creating one action with multiple assignees and click the little checkbox to have it auto create an action for each assignee. Managing all the extra actions for the same task from a scheduling perspective though can make it especially tedious and more likely to lead to errors, especially if you forget to create/delete extra cards for the task if/when you have people onboard/offboard the project.

It would be helpful for team members to be able to review description on all views of the My Actions screen - not just table view. If we are going to move action cards within projects, being able to include more information in the description will make sure that team members have all the information they need to complete the project

Can a user see their own resourcing in the My Actions View, giving them a better understanding of if they're overbooked in the future?

For actions with subactions, it would be helpful to have the subaction due date as a priority over the main action due date in the "my actions" page. For example, an overall action may have a deadline of July 1, but a subaction is due before that date. When looking at your overall tasks it would be helpful to see the subaction due date first to make sure it is complete even though the overall action may not be due yet.

I would like the ability to sort my approval requests into different folders or categories (ideally self-defined). It is common to have multiple approval requests at once and the regular view can feel overwhelming and disorganized. For example, I might have a few approval requests that are un-actionable until I receive additional information. It would be nice to put them in a category labeled "Awaiting info" or "TBD." This would let me visually sort my approval requests and in general better organize my projects. I feel like these categories should be locally defined - I would want the ability sort my approval requests according to my own criteria and not, for example, have project manager-defined labels. I've attached a mockup to illustrate this idea.

Please show the specific number of completed actions in My Actions > Status View rather than 999+ to help people who are numerically motivated to accomplish more!
