Keep Hive Mail in action cards even when Outlook mail expires
Outlook email message can have an expiration date. If these messages are linked to Hive action cards, they are deleted when the Outlook mail expires. We want to retain that history in the Action card and not lose any linked email threads.

Allow Removed User Emails to remain linked in Projects
By doing this- it will keep projects up to date with historical information in the event a user is removed.

It would be great to be able to collaboratively draft an email with my other team members. It could work really similarly to the note taking feature in Hive just allowing us to edit an email draft at the same time

Ability to drag a hive email to an action card listed in "my actions" in order to link it to that action rather than having to open the email and link.
