Setting for Custom Field to only appear on parent card

There are certain custom fields that are important only on the parent card and clutter up the child actions. It would be helpful to have a toggle for each custom field to only show up on the parent card.

Often, custom fields are only relevant for top-level actions or actions at the second level and so on.
It would be great to hide them in child actions further down in the hierarchy.
