Each of our team's projects have a top level parent project which is the client. It would be great if the child projects' budgets rolled up to the parent project.

Agreed! And time tracking should also total to parent action in table view. (It currently does not.)

We would love to have the hours logged in the "billable hours budget" roll up from child projects to parent projects as well. We currently use a parent project as a monthly retainer catch all, with child projects representing the individual jobs under it, and this would give us an easy reference point for how many retainer hours have been used at any given time.
