Revert to previous notifications highlight color

This morning, our team signed on to discover that the highlight colors in the notifications panel have been reversed. So now, unread notifications are white, and read notifications are blue. This is causing widespread confusion since we've all been conditioned to the opposite. Might be time to let go of your whole UX/UI team if they keep making decisions like this.

Not only was this update disruptive because it's the opposite of what users are used to, there is now less of a discernable difference between the read/unread notifications. Please revert back to the previous notification colors.

Please revert back to the previous highlight coloring. This was very disruptive, confusing and I am still getting questions from our team about it.
If you are going to make changes like this, users should be notified so they are prepared. Or bring back the Release Notes (as requested here: https://hiveteams.canny.io/feature-requests/p/bring-back-release-notes ) so we can scan to find out if this is a bug or working as intended.

On our screens the blue is now a very light gray and it's almost impossible to tell which are new notifications

They probably want to emulate Yahoo Mail. But yes, it feels so wrong.

This was an extremely disruptive change that has caused a lot of confusion at our organization. Making a switch like this, especially without communication in advance, has resulted in unnecessary project delays as critical notifications are being missed and people are having to double back and recheck their work.

Small UI/UX changes are rolled out constantly that disrupt the user's experience, and this one was particularly disruptive. Please revert to previous colors, and limit changes like this to big updates.

This is extremely confusing & a big issue on our side as well! Have spent many hours trying to sort through this in the last 2 days.
