Read Only Access To Resourcing

Currently I can give full access to view and edit resourcing, or lock it away completely. I want only certain members to be able to change it, but another group should be able to click to view the schedule without risk of adjusting any dates.

This would be a big help for our workspace, to have the ability for resourcing to be visible by all in a read-only way!
