Yes I definitely need this!! I have a Senior Designer who I sometimes give the job of communicating with clients directly, but not always. So, it helps to have a Liaison role and a Senior Designer role that way I can assign them separately or together on a project-by-project basis. This means I need my Senior Designer to be able to wear two hats in resourcing.
