When you’re proofing and approving documents in Hive, there are often several levels of approval for each file. With our newest proofing update, you’ll be able to check a box that will “Restart round unless all approved.” This basically means that if you’ve selected “All Respond,” unless everyone you’ve sent the proof to has approved it, the round will be started over.
At the end of the round, notifications will be sent to the approval creator with the outcome, stating “Round X was fully approved, routing has completed" or "Round X had changes requested, next round is starting."
